I am down to earth, easy going, enjoy road trips, hanging out with friends/family and good conversation. I left my job of six years managing a transitional living brain injury rehabilitation program to go to work for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Dept. of Medicaid Services (DMS), Brain Injury Services Branch (BISB). Yes, now I work on the "other side" of the old job...the side that governs the old job. I love it and find that I am in my element working in the field providing technical assistance to the providers who serve individuals with acquired brain injuries. Six years of provider management experience makes me appreciate my current role in the brain injury world. I do not miss the 12-16 hour days/7 days a week but have a sincere appreciation for those that do so now.

I love to watch NASCAR, television series' such as Lipstick Jungle, Grey's Anatomy, Men In Trees, Brothers & Sisters and American Idol. While I don't participate in winter sports (or any sports for that matter...lol), I absolutely love the fall/winter seasons...the beautiful colors in Autumn and the crispness of Snowfall. Spring is refreshing and summer...just plain hot...lol!

I have an addiction to Longaberger baskets, wrought iron and pottery and sell it only to feed my addiction.

I love festivals, flea markets, crafting and finding the ultimate treasure.

I am a true romantic at heart, love and appreciate the little things that surprise me along life's path.
